IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING
Due to the large size, weight, and specialized packaging of our Soundproof Booths, strict return conditions apply to ensure product safety and hygiene.
1. Return Eligibility & Conditions
Time Limit: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Mandatory Condition: The item must be UNASSEMBLED, UNUSED, and in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING (including the wooden crate/pallet).
Once assembled or installed, the item cannot be returned due to hygiene and structural integrity reasons.
Returns without the original wooden crate will be rejected or subject to a 50% restocking fee to cover repackaging costs.
2. Return Shipping Costs & Fees
Defective/Damaged Items: If the booth arrives damaged or has manufacturing defects, we provide a FREE replacement or full refund. We will cover all shipping costs. (Photos required for verification).
Buyer's Remorse (No longer needed, wrong size, etc.):
Customer is responsible for Original Shipping Cost + Return Shipping Cost.
A 15% Restocking Fee applies to cover inspection and repackaging labor.
Note: Return shipping for oversized items is expensive (often $300-$800+). Please confirm your space measurements before ordering.
3. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled free of charge only before shipment.
Once the freight carrier has picked up the item,cancellations are not possible. You must wait for delivery and follow the return process.
