Most of our products (such as soundproof pods, office pods, etc.) are large and heavy items and will be shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight. The receiver must be present to receive the shipment. Please make sure your address is accessible for large freight deliveries before ordering.
Custom products (e.g., custom colors or sizes) cannot be returned or exchanged once production has started. Please confirm your requirements carefully before ordering.
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, or other material purchased by you will meet your expectations.
