30-Day Return Guarantee: Returns can be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Return Conditions: The product must be unassembled, unused, and in its original packaging (including the wooden crate/pallet).
How to Request a Return:
Contact us via our official website with your order number, product photos (if applicable), and the reason for return.
Wait for our return authorization.
Follow the instructions to ship the product back.
Return Shipping Costs:
Quality Issues: We will cover all shipping costs.
Buyer's Remorse (e.g., no longer needed, wrong size, etc.): The customer is responsible for the original shipping cost + return shipping cost, plus a 15% restocking fee.
Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled free of charge before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible and the order must follow the return process.
