Shipping Policy
We currently ship to the continental United States. Shipping to remote areas such as Alaska, Hawaii, or rural locations may require additional fees and extended delivery times. For our black and white phone booth, which is in stock at our US warehouse, orders are processed within 3 business days and shipped via LTL freight (truck delivery). Delivery is estimated within 7 days after shipment, and shipping is free within the continental US (remote areas may incur extra fees). For custom or other products, these are made to order or shipped from our overseas facility. Production typically takes 7–15 business days, and delivery is estimated within 3–4 weeks after shipment (total 4–6 weeks including production). A valid phone number is required for delivery scheduling — the carrier will contact you in advance, and missed deliveries may result in additional fees.
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return guarantee from the date of delivery. To be eligible for return, the product must be unassembled, unused, and in its original packaging (including the wooden crate/pallet). To request a return, contact us via our website with your order number, photos (if applicable), and the reason for return. After receiving return authorization, follow the instructions to ship the product back. For quality issues, we cover all return shipping costs. For buyer's remorse returns (e.g., no longer needed, wrong size, etc.), the customer is responsible for the original shipping cost plus return shipping cost, along with a 15% restocking fee. Orders can be cancelled free of charge before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible and the order must follow the return process. Please inspect your order upon delivery — if there is any damage, report it within 48 hours with photos. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, and address changes after shipment may incur additional fees.
